Art is art is art.
Hello and welcome! My name is Leo (he/him). You may (or may not) be familiar with my screen work. For 3 seasons, I starred as a series regular on Showtime’s The L Word: Generation Q, playing Micah Lee. More recently, however, I’ve found it’s even more fun to be behind the camera.
I love photography as a means of visual storytelling. Since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated with taking pictures of people, places, and things. While I know that nothing can truly capture the magic of a single lived moment, I love that we can preserve memories through photos, film, and music.
I’ve used this medium as a queer trans man in the world of social media for over a decade. I like to call it my “visual diary” … one I’ve shared online for years. More than anything, this experience has shown me how valuable pictures can be— how certain moments in time remind us of who we are, where we’ve been, and where we want to go.
I still have a lot to learn when it comes to taking photos. I’d love to share this journey with you and help capture some moments that feel special to you!
